Passport B (trading name of Bamru Group Holdings Limited, “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides travel booking services through our website (www.passportb.com). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by New Zealand law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Passport B constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable New Zealand laws, including:

  • Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (statutory rights for services).
  • Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 (enforceability of terms).
  • Fair Trading Act 1986 (prohibition of misleading conduct).

2. Scope of Services

We facilitate bookings for:

  • Flights (domestic/international), hotels, tours, car/campervan/yacht rentals, travel insurance, and other third-party services.
  • Third-party terms apply: Your contract for services (e.g., airlines, hotels) is directly with the provider. We act as an agent only.

3. Bookings & Payments

Confirmation & Pricing

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email.
  • Prices are in NZD or USD (clearly displayed) and include GST (if applicable). We reserve the right to correct errors (per Fair Trading Act 1986).

Payment

  • Payment is required at booking unless otherwise stated.
  • We use PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Chargebacks may result in service cancellation.

Changes & Cancellations

  • User-initiated: Fees depend on the provider’s policy. Non-refundable bookings are marked clearly.
  • Provider-initiated: We will assist with rebooking/refunds but are not liable for additional costs (e.g., accommodation changes).

4. Consumer Rights (NZ Law)

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

  • Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.
  • If we fail to meet this standard, you may be entitled to a remedy (e.g., refund or rebooking).
  • Exclusions: Acts of third parties (e.g., airline delays) are beyond our control.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information (e.g., passport details). We are not liable for errors.
  • Comply with all travel requirements (visas, health checks).
  • Do not misuse the website (e.g., fraud, scraping data).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:
    • Third-party actions (e.g., hotel overbooking).
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics).
    • Indirect losses (e.g., missed connections).
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the booking value (per Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017).

7. Intellectual Property & website contents

Copyright-Free Images:

Passport B uses copyright-free or licensed images sourced from platforms offering royalty-free content (e.g., Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay).

Where required, we attribute creators per the license terms (e.g., Creative Commons CC0).

Prohibited Use:

You may not copy, redistribute, or modify images from our website without verifying their original license terms.

Commercial reuse of our curated content (e.g., itineraries, descriptions) is prohibited without permission.

Takedown Requests:
